Kingsburg Strength and Conditioning
Workouts Unlimited offers Kingsburg Strength and Conditioning membership with our trainer Michael Cooper. Our membership option offers group and individual coaching to help motivate you in a fun and comfortable setting. The workouts consist of functional movements performed at high intensity. Movements such as pushing, pulling, lifting, squatting, and running are at the core of our new strength and conditioning program. Our diverse workouts will primarily incorporate the use of kettle bells, barbells, pull-up bars (with assistance bands), medicine balls, and plyo-boxes.
Our Kingsburg Strength and Conditioning Membership is for those who:
· Do not feel comfortable developing a fitness program
· Are bored with or are no longer seeing results with their current program
· Need someone to push and motivate them to work harder than they will on their own
· Thinks they don’t have time to exercise
· Would like a personal trainer at a group rate
