My name is Lance Garrett and I am honored to be able to help the members at this gym, and others in the community achieve their health and fitness goals. I recently moved to Kingsburg from Reedley and help with the development and fundraising efforts for a couple of non-profit organizations in the Central Valley. My philosophy has always been to set goals, execute a plan, and work really hard to get there. I am grateful to be able to share with the public over 30 years of experience in the sports, health & fitness arena. This experience has afforded me opportunities to travel abroad as well as coach baseball, soccer, football, and basketball to adolescents. My own journey starts with a spine injury in 1987 while playing high school football which led me down the wrong path. Fortunately the good Lord mixed in with a team of people pulled me out of the rut I was in and showed me a better way. My interest then become education, where I received my B.A. in Speech Communication through California State University Fresno in 1995. I then went on to obtain my first Fitness Trainer Certification through International Sports Science Association (ISSA), and recently another Professional Certification as a Specialized Youth Fitness Trainer. Though my training ability is diverse, my specialties are in the following:
*Youth/adults sports training
*Seniors mobility training
*Diet & Supplement consulting

Hello my name is Allison (Knode) Sandquist. I have been involved in the health industry since 1996 when I began as a Personal Trainer. I have a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. As a mom of two young children, I enjoy the flexibility of being a personal trainer and I understand first-hand the importance of investing in your well-being in order to maximize your life potential. I enjoy working with a variety of clientele whether you are new to exercise, working through an injury, need motivation to maintain a healthy lifestyle or looking to improve athletic performance. I have been an athlete and exercised consistently my entire life but I still find the best results when I am pushed by someone else. If you are looking for a change than I highly recommend you invest in someone to help you!
